The Maintenance and Management Teams at Longview Dell are available to assist whether you need to report a maintenance issue, have questions about your lease, or have any other issues or questions that may arise.   You can use this contact form to submit your inquiry.  Our team will address your concerns and provide the information you need.

Our Maintenance Team, consisting of Giorgi, Juan, and Syrja, is available from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday to assist you.  We check messages every 12 hours after business hours. The Management Office is located at 51 Grove St., Apt. A and is staffed by Kevin Garraway part-time.
